MallFX is committed to on-going research that serves to inform our clients and our business as the network spreads throughout the UK. In particular, research serves to provide feed back on the role of digital communications in shopping centres, ensuring our products are continuously optimised.

Working with independent research specialists, including IPSOS RSL, Dipsticks, Marketing Direction and the Cable Research Group, we track shopping behaviour in evolving retail environments and seek new understandings of how consumers receive and respond to advertising in the digital age. We actively participate in digital research initiatives through the Outdoor Advertising Association (OAA) and other industry bodies. The links on this page provide some key findings.
