ScreenFX is a member of the Digital OAA group and follows OAA standard terms and conditions.

The ScreenFX Sales Charter

1. As a member of the Digital OAA group ScreenFX follows OAA standard terms and conditions.
   Recognising these are specifically for posters the following amendments have been made to Section 3.
   Acceptance and Display of Advertisements:
   1. Under 3a for ‘Posters’ read ‘files’
   2. Under 3h ScreenFX will deliver the advertisement within 24 hours of in-charge as standard.
   3. A special in-charge time can be agreed at time of booking.
2. A published delivery target for each represented network will be given at the time of booking confirmation.
3. To be requested at time of booking confirmation, ScreenFX will supply transmission logs and photography/video following campaign completion.
4. ScreenFX will agree to deliver a mutually acceptable level of over-show at time of booking to offset any third party or unplanned interruption in channel delivery.
5. Credit claims for incorrect or non-displayed amendments for digital.
   1. ScreenFX shall not be liable to give credit in respect of any damage to hardware/software if the defect is remedied within 3 working days after receipt of notification.
   2. If a Transmission Log has been supplied a credit will be given on the pro-rata value of each advertisement lost in transmission. Credit will not be given on a pro rata basis for campaigns following an inspection report.
